Arabella Country Estate Course
This award-winning championship golf venue lies in the magnificent natural parkland of a country estate, alongside the largest natural lagoon in Southern Africa.
Voted best new course in South Africa in 1999 and one of the country’s top five courses in 2003 by Golf Digest, it’s 6381 metres in length and has a SAGU rating of 72. A challenge for the best of golfers, it’s also forgiving enough with it’s generous layout to allow intermediates an enjoyable round too.
Mountain backdrops, lagoon frontage and forests on the estate make playing this course a scenic delight. The signature hole here is the tough par-3 17th, one of three holes running parallel to the Bot Lagoon itself. It requires a precise tee shot - missing the green to the right means you could end up on the beach!
